    Visioncare Associates, an upscale optometric practice, is seeking an energetic and dedicated medical Front Office Assistant/ Patient Coordinator to join our team and be an asset to the practice. This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication skills, mindfulness of the responsibilities to the practice, patient care, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities: • Answer phone calls with a smile and greet patients in a warm and professional manner. • Schedule and confirm appointments, checking insurance coverage and billing accordingly. • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping. • Work collaboratively with other medical providers and provide exceptional patient care.

    Requirements: • 1+ year of experience in a medical office setting, preferably in ophthalmology or optometry. • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize duties. • Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office and electronic health records systems • Able to work in Beverly Hills, CA 90212 • Authorized to work in the United States
