Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for patients, delivering exceptional customer service with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
Manage patient scheduling efficiently, ensuring optimal flow and minimizing wait times.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
Maintain organized patient records and ensure timely processing of documentation.
Collaborate with medical staff to streamline office operations and enhance patient experiences.
Assist with insurance verification and billing processes.
Ensure a clean, safe, and inviting front office environment.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare administration is a plus.
Proven experience in a front office or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Additional Skills and Experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse patient populations.
Proficient in multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and working effectively under pressure.
Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems is advantageous.
Spanish-speaking ability is preferred, enhancing our ability to serve a diverse community.
Preferred Qualifications
Spanish-speaking ability.
One or more years of experience in customer service.
At least one year of experience in a medical office.
Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Practice Management systems.
