About Us: - 77 Plastic Surgery is a well-known plastic surgery, cosmetic, and wellness center located in the heart of San Francisco. Our goal is to empower at least one million women to feel beautiful inside and out by 2040. Position Overview: - Role: Front Office Coordinator & Patient Care Sales Professional at 77 Plastic Surgery. This role involves managing the front desk operations and assisting individuals on their journey to enhance their appearance and well-being. You will also be responsible for contacting leads, scheduling appointments, and promoting our range of products and services. - Location: Our clinic is situated in the Hayes Valley neighborhood of San Francisco, conveniently close to public transportation options such as BART, MUNI, and major highways. This is an on-site position. Compensation: Competitive hourly rate of up to $30, commensurate with experience and performance, along with benefits for full-time employees. Option 1: Full-time position, 40 hours per week. Option 2: Part-time position, working 2-3 days a week, with availability required on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Responsibilities: Front Office General Responsibilities • Provide patients with a great experience from start to finish • Act as a lead receptionist and first point of contact with prospective and current patients • Schedule appointments, surgeries, and procedures • Greet, register, and check patients into and out of the office • Escort patients into exam rooms and perform basic tasks such as dressing changes and suture removal • Manage patient charts • Collect payments • Schedule surgery and office procedures & treatments • Contact prospective clients and book sales opportunities • Sell products and services • Assist with additional office duties • Attention to detail is critical in this role • Being able to multi-task (answer phones, texts, and emails, while checking in/out patients) • Maintain a professional and elegant appearance • There is potential for growth for the right candidate Qualifications: What Kind of Qualifications Do You Need? • You have a strong and dedicated passion for beauty, aesthetics, and plastic surgery.
