The Hotel has the perfect location, next to Hudson Yards, only a few blocks from the Jacob Javits Center, Madison Square Garden, and the Highline. Endeavor Hospitality Group was founded by entrepreneurial developers who have been deeply and passionately rooted in the New York real estate market for decades. Responsibilities: What you will be doing: • Managing and inspiring a Front Desk team to seamlessly create guest experiences that have guests returning again and again • Build a productive, enthusiastic Front Office team, each one fulfilled in their job • Monitor and track Front Office operational performance • Effectively balance hotel inventory to maximize profit • Mentor, lead, and guide your own staff so they may accomplish their goals • Support accounting to ensure processes are accurate and complete • Establish inventory process and controls Qualifications: Job Qualifications: • Marriott experience preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Kronos, Medallion, and guest recovery software • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills required • Service-Focused with professional presentation skills • Progressive management experience within the Rooms Division Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 yearly
