    We are looking for an outgoing person to join our team. This person will help be a cheerleader to the Front Desk Team and the General Manager. You will inspire others just by being yourself. You will work closely with the General Manager and also learn all aspects of the Front Desk area. You should have a personality that will calm and assure our guests that we are here to make their stay with us the Best Stay Ever. We are looking for someone who has computer and organizational skills. You will work with other Departments on the property as well, learning and understanding the hotel and how it runs on a day-to-day basis. You should truly enjoy working with people, this is a must for this position. As a Front Office Manager, you should show initiative and enthusiasm, as other Team Members need to see this in the Management Team. Responsibilities: • Support the Front Desk team daily by ensuring they have all necessary resources to fulfill their duties and meet expectations. • Cover Front Desk shifts when necessary, committing to working at least 1 to 2 shifts per week. • Assist in coordinating and supervising all hotel operations to deliver quality service within the established business plan and budget. • Welcome and greet guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression. • Address and resolve any issues or concerns that guests may encounter during their stay. • Manage special requests and accommodations for guests efficiently. • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations. • Ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues. • Assist in analyzing financial data, coordinating purchases, and planning accordingly. • Collaborate with the team to maintain exceptional Medallia Scores. • Approve departmental scheduling and coordinate with other departments as needed. • Perform any additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required for this position. • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are essential. • Attention to detail and organizational skills are a must. • The candidate should possess solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities. • Leadership and supervisory skills are important for this role. • Knowledge of the hotel and hospitality industry is preferred. • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite or related software is necessary. • Demonstrating hospitality towards team members and guests is a key aspect of the job. Compensation: $16 - $19 hourly
