Responsibilities: • Oversee front desk operations including check-in/check-out procedures, room reservations, and guest inquiries. • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met and maintained by the front desk staff. • Manage and resolve guest concerns and complaints in a professional and efficient manner. • Train, schedule, and supervise front desk staff to provide a smooth guest experience. • Prepare daily reports, manage budgets, and maintain inventory of front office supplies. • Be able to work on your feet for a typical shift for 8 hours at a time in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in the hospitality industry. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Proficient in hotel management software. • US work authorization. • Must be able to stand on your feet for 8 hours during a typical shift.
