Responsibilities: • Supervise front office staff to ensure excellent customer service and smooth operations. • Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs to ensure accuracy and efficiency. • Oversee billing and payment processes to minimize errors and discrepancies. • Develop and implement front office policies and procedures to enhance guest experience and streamline operations. • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty. Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in hotel management or related field • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Compensation: $36,000
