Responsibilities: • Greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner and provide them with assistance as needed • Answer incoming phone calls, schedule service calls, install and estimates, take messages, and transfer calls as appropriate • Manage inquiries and customer service requests in a timely and accurate manner • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using Quickbooks • Input data into the computer system accurately and efficiently, and create reports as needed Qualifications: • 18 years or older • Quickbooks experience • Time management skills • Social media skills • Strong verbal and written interpersonal communication skills Compensation: $37,000 - $45,000 DOE
