We are currently seeking a professional and organized Front Office Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our agency and provide vital administrative support, including front desk duties and filing.

    Position Summary:

    The Front Office Receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk operations, greeting clients and visitors, answering phone calls, handling administrative tasks, and maintaining organized filing systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, personable, and committed to supporting the daily operations of a busy home health care agency.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and friendly manner

    Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments or personnel

    Schedule and confirm appointments

    Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems, including patient records and agency documentation

    Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages

    Assist with data entry and maintaining up-to-date records

    Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable

    Support administrative and clinical staff with clerical tasks as needed

    Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent required

    Prior experience in a medical or home health care office setting preferred

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

    Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

    Dependable and punctual with a professional demeanor
