    We are a professional and ever-growing Home Care Agency located in Avon, Ct

    Overview:

    We are seeking a highly organized and customer service-oriented individual that has Home Health Care Experience to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients and visitors. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

    Duties:

    • Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor

    • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual

    • Provide information about the company, products, and services to clients and visitors

    • Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks as needed

    • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries

    • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

    • File documents and maintain records in an organized manner

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience working in home health care as a front desk receptionist or customer service role is preferred

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

    • Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment

    • Knowledge of basic administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
