Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer service-oriented individual that has Home Health Care Experience to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients and visitors. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Duties:
Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
Provide information about the company, products, and services to clients and visitors
Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks as needed
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
File documents and maintain records in an organized manner
Qualifications:
Previous experience working in home health care as a front desk receptionist or customer service role is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
Knowledge of basic administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
