Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently
Manage front-desk activities, including scheduling and appointment coordination
Maintain office supplies and ensure a well-organized reception area
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
Support internal departments with communication and coordination efforts
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Ensure confidentiality and security of company information
Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Front Office Representative, Receptionist, or similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Professional appearance and attitude
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative training is a plus
