We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front Office Supervisor to join our team. This individual will serve as the right hand to the General Manager, playing a key role in supporting both the Housekeeping Department and the General Manager while ensuring exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a flexible schedule, and a strong team-player mentality. Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage front desk operations, including guest check-in/out and reservations. • Assist in coordinating and supporting housekeeping operations to maintain high cleanliness standards. • Ensure smooth daily operations and act as a liaison between the General Manager and hotel staff. • Maintain a high standard of guest relations by providing friendly and professional service. • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with a proactive and solution-oriented approach. • Monitor and manage room availability, ensuring accurate and efficient booking processes. • Train and mentor front desk staff to uphold the hotel’s customer service and operational standards. • Assist in administrative duties, including reporting, inventory management, and staff scheduling. • Support and enforce hotel policies to ensure operational efficiency and guest satisfaction. Qualifications: • Previous experience in front desk, guest services, or hotel operations preferred. • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced boutique hotel environment. • Proficiency in hotel management software and reservation systems is a plus. • Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed. • A collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
