    Our client is a well-established Non-Profit healthcare organization based in St. Petersburg, Florida that offers its employees the support and understanding you would expect from top-rated management.

    The Company: Our client is a behavioral health organization that provides quality care for patients who are experiencing an acute mental, emotional, or substance use crisis.

    The Position: Our client is looking for a Front Office Supervisor to oversee a billing department at a non-profit health center.

    Requirements:

    • 6 years’ experience in a community healthcare/mental health setting at a Supervisor level
    • Bachelor’s degree in related field
    • Experience working in a highly service-oriented environment where metrics and measurement tools are leveraged to assess results
    • Experience working with multiple healthcare service lines
    • Experience working with EMR system
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus

    Responsibilities:

    • The clinic is open Monday through Thursday 7 am to 7pm and Fridays 7 am to 5pm 
    • Lead front office team, ensuring excellent customer service.
    • Coach staff to maintain high customer service standards.
    • Implement client services policies and procedures.
    • Train new hires and provide necessary resources.
    • Oversee performance evaluations and manage staff performance.
    • Support performance improvement plans as needed.
    • Manage team schedules, timecards, and PTO approvals.
    • Fill in for front office or insurance verification duties as required.
    • Address patient concerns to improve satisfaction.
    • Assist with monthly site meeting prep and provide feedback.
    • Collaborate with teams to optimize client access and scheduling.
    • Contribute to new front desk workflows.
    • Attend meetings and ensure HIPAA compliance.
