Front Office Supervisor

The Position: Our client is looking for a Front Office Supervisor to oversee a billing department at a non-profit health center.

Requirements:
- 6 years’ experience in a community healthcare/mental health setting at a Supervisor level
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Experience working in a highly service-oriented environment where metrics and measurement tools are leveraged to assess results
- Experience working with multiple healthcare service lines
- Experience working with EMR system
- Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
Responsibilities:
- The clinic is open Monday through Thursday 7 am to 7pm and Fridays 7 am to 5pm
- Lead front office team, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Coach staff to maintain high customer service standards.
- Implement client services policies and procedures.
- Train new hires and provide necessary resources.
- Oversee performance evaluations and manage staff performance.
- Support performance improvement plans as needed.
- Manage team schedules, timecards, and PTO approvals.
- Fill in for front office or insurance verification duties as required.
- Address patient concerns to improve satisfaction.
- Assist with monthly site meeting prep and provide feedback.
- Collaborate with teams to optimize client access and scheduling.
- Contribute to new front desk workflows.
- Attend meetings and ensure HIPAA compliance.
