Endeavor Hospitality Group, a boutique hotel management company is seeking engaged, team-focused, energetic individuals to be our Front Office Training Supervisor for exceptionally designed Courtyard Marriott, located in the dynamic Hudson Yards district! This is the perfect location, only one avenue away from the Jacob Javits Center, a few blocks from Madison Square Garden and the Highline along with numerous major corporate headquarters! We are looking for highly skilled, ambitious individuals to support our growth and see the opportunity for their own development Responsibilities: What you will be doing: • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for front office staff, including customer service, hotel policies, and procedures • Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and evaluations to ensure staff is knowledgeable and skilled in front-office operations • Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and performance gaps among associates • Monitor guest feedback and service standards, using insights to adjust training initiatives as necessary • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of hotel software, systems, and procedures to provide ongoing support and training Qualifications: Requirements: • Experience in hotel management or front office operations. (1-2 years minimum) • Experience in training and supervising staff in a hospitality environment • Outstanding attention to detail and extremely organized • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite • Flexible schedule to accommodate training sessions and team needs • Marriott Brand experience preferred Compensation: $27 - $29 hourly
