As a Front-of-House worker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have an enjoyable dining experience. Key objectives include maintaining a clean and organized cashier area, accurately taking and preparing orders, and providing friendly and efficient service, including alcohol service and training.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist with menu selections
Take and accurately process customer orders
Prepare and serve food items in a timely and efficient manner
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
Operate the Point of Sale system and handle transactions
Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Work as part of a team to ensure efficient operations
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Ideal candidate is 21+ for purpose of serving alcohol, however all applicants will be considered
Must be willing to submit a background check
