Position: Front of House - Customer Service / Cashier

Location: Slice House by Tony Gemignani - Foothill Village, Salt Lake City, UT

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with orders in a friendly and professional manner.
• Operate the POS system, process transactions accurately, and handle cash/card payments.
• Ensure prompt service for dine-in, carry-out, and delivery orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.
• Provide menu knowledge and answer customer inquiries.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and contribute to a positive dining experience.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a team-oriented attitude.
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 55 lbs.
