Job Summary
Move Dance Family is seeking a friendly and organized Front of House to join our administrative team! As the Front of House, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will greet customers as they arrive, direct them appropriately, answer phone calls, and maintain the front desk area. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking. If you’re a “people person” who is detail oriented and coachable, we want to hear from you! We are looking for someone who can devote 5+ hours a week and is willing to start as soon as possible.
Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and prospective members
Provide tours for prospective members
Respond to inquiries in-person, over the phone, and via email
Maintain a clean and organized lobby and front desk area
Accurately record client information and accept payments
Schedule classes and appointments
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
Ensure studio rules are followed
Manage our social media platforms
Perform various administrative tasks
Qualifications:
Friendly and professional disposition
A passion for health and fitness
Detail Oriented and ability to to take initiative
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Self Starter
Strong work ethic
Familiar with computers, spreadsheets, and scheduling software
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Spanish Speaking a bonus!
