    Full time: 45-50 hours a week Hours of Operation: 11:00am-9:00pm Mon-Thur 11:00am-10:00pm Friday-Sat 11:00am-8:00pm Sunday Weekends and nights required

    Job Description:

    Position: Front of the House Manager/AGM

    Reports to: GM

    Resource to: KM

    Hours: Varies

    Position overview:

    The FOHM is responsible for all front of the house operations, including supervision of all host, bus & dish staff. The FOHM is responsible for the organization of all in-house catering functions. The FOHM ensures that all FOH staff are working within Crispelli’s specifications, with a focus on “quality & efficiency,” while attending to any unexpected problems that may occur.

    Duties:

    Accomplishes daily service goals, by training, coaching, assisting, counseling, and disciplining team members; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; enforcing policies and procedures.

    Implementing service, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; training team members to expand their skills; identifying and resolving problems; help to implement changes.

    Helps to evaluate ease of service, applying established procedures and techniques.

    Maintains positive, friendly, safe, secure, and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures compliant with state, federal and local regulations.

    Maintains equipment by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns.

    Accomplishes FOH service goals by accepting ownership of all Crispelli’s FOH standards of service.

    Additional Duties:

    Completes daily checklists

    Responsible for scheduling & labor with-in team

    Follow up on all sanitation checklists

    Maintains exterior cleanliness including patios, parking lot, landscaping, employee break area, and dumpster area

    Uphold Crispelli’s speed of service goals

    Maintain proper service & etiquette for all FOH staff

    Keep costs in line, while maintaining service goals

    Perform travel paths with an emphasis on table touches during peak times

    Skills required:

    Demonstrate a complete understanding of every aspect of all FOH standards from start to finish. Verbal communication skills; food sanitation; leadership, emphasizing excellence; manage proficiency, people management, quality focus.
