Della J's is a family owned business founded in 2014 by two passionate entrepreneurs who saw a need for delicious Southern style food in Northern Virginia. We specialize in food that is pure, simple and delectable. Our focus is to provide a space for everyone to fellowship and to serve the community food that makes them feel warm inside, and to create a workplace that offers meaningful employment that goes beyond providing a liveable wage. Over the past seven years, we have grown a supportive, loyal customer base and a reputation in our community for delicious food and amazing service. After years of working in corporate America in various roles, the owner’s had a strong desire to build a legacy for their daughters that would continue to inspire for years to come. While common now in our industry, Della J's culture has always been focused on providing a great product, an opportunity for a career in restaurants via a good wage with benefits, with a focus on personal growth, employee development and community well-being. Be it personal, professional, or otherwise, your goals are our goals. At Della J's, we want our staff to be well-rounded in all facets of life with an eye on growth and career development at all times.
