We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front of House Manager/ Maitre D' to lead our team, ensuring an outstanding guest experience while overseeing operations, reservations, and social media engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Service: Lead by example in delivering exceptional hospitality, ensuring smooth daily service, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Sommelier Expertise: Curate and maintain the wine list, recommend pairings, and train staff on wine knowledge and service.
Staff Leadership & Scheduling: Recruit, train, and schedule front-of-house staff to optimize efficiency and service quality.
Reservations & Guest Relations: Manage reservation systems, coordinate seating, and handle special guest requests or events.
Social Media & Brand Engagement: Oversee and create engaging content for the restaurant’s social media platforms to enhance brand presence and drive customer engagement.
Operations & Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintain inventory control, and support cost management.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience as a Front of House Manager in a fine dining restaurant.
Certified Sommelier or extensive wine knowledge preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
Experience managing scheduling, reservations, and restaurant operations.
Proficiency in social media marketing and content creation.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
