Service Manager Expectations:
Focused on performance, productivity, and teamwork for the entirety of the shift, start to finish
Is truly passionate about floor presence, engaging with guests, and excited about consistently exceeding their expectations.
Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and supervise serving staff (servers, hosts, and server assistants);
Demonstrate exemplary leadership to lead and motivate the service staff, fostering productivity and organization.
Supervise seating and waitlist times to ensure accuracy; knowledge of opentable is a plus.
Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
Oversee, maintain and manage food and service quality
Ensures consistent, high quality service standards are maintained.
Partner with other management to ensure a positive and collaborative environment when leading by example
Recognizes the significance of holding people accountable, while maintaining a constructive workplace atmosphere that fosters teamwork, transparent communication, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
