    Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Front of House Employee to join our team. This role is crucial for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a positive customer experience. Responsibilities include greeting guests, preparing frozen custard creations, Italian ice creations, shakes, drinks and other treats along with, managing payments, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Customer Interaction: Greet customers as they enter the establishment and answer any initial questions regarding food and beverage options.

    Order Handling: Take orders accurately, process payments efficiently using POS systems, and ensure that customers receive the correct change and receipts.

    Service Delivery: Prepare and assemble frozen menu options along with beverages. Deliver food and beverages to customers in a timely manner, ensure all orders are correct, and respond promptly to any additional customer needs.

    Cleanliness and Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations, throughout the shift. Restock items when necessary. Ensure all public areas meet health and safety standards.

    Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints diplomatically, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the establishment's reputation.

    Qualifications:

    Customer Service Experience: Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude.

    Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively interact with customers and team members.

    Efficiency and Accuracy: Ability to handle orders accurately and efficiently, even in a high-pressure environment.

    Teamwork Skills: Experience working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, with a positive attitude and willingness to help colleagues.

    Flexibility: Available to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

    Physical Stamina: Capable of standing for long periods and moving quickly during busy periods.

    Health and Safety Awareness: Knowledge of or willingness to learn health and safety standards applicable to food service. Must possess or be willing to obtain relevant food handler certifications.
