Job Description
Our Front of House Team exhibits a passion for pizza, beer, and people. We expect top-tier hospitality from each individual, and we look for personable team members that thrive in a positive environment, support their fellow team members, and make every guest experience great.
Responsibilities
· Know our food menu, including possible allergens with the ability to relay it to guests
· Have a cursory understanding of our beer, both in broad terms and what is currently available
· Take food orders from guests; accurately enter orders in our point-of-sale
· Manage Takeout station, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and hospitality standards
· Run food and bus tables while adhering to Pinthouse Hospitality standards
· Complete opening and closing checklists, including daily and weekly cleaning tasks
· Understand and comply consistently with our rules, policies and procedures
· Handle, store and rotate all products properly
Qualifications
· TABC & Food Handler’s Certifications
· Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
