The primary job responsibilities of all personnel working in the Front of House include providing customers with service, maintaining a sanitary work space, communicating with customers and coworkers pertinent details of orders and tasks, and fulfilling the requests of customers and leadership..
Applicants should be able to demonstrate the skills required to provide good customer service:
-Effective communication: clear, polite, and concise communication helps prevent misunderstandings and instills confidence in customers, leaders, and coworkers that they’re communicating with a competent individual. Listening to customers, leaders, and coworkers requires that you acknowledge their requests/concerns/issues with thoughtful attention.
-Problem solving: issues can occur during service and solutions must be found quickly to keep service going.
-Product and process knowledge: understanding the product and process of production/service are vital to being able to provide good customer service.
-Self awareness and interpersonal skills: essential job functions must be performed without discriminating against an any individual’s protected characteristics.
-Time management and efficiency: good performance requires active management of time and tasks.

Requirements:
High school diploma
18 years of age or older
Valid TABC certification or ability to acquire one on the first day of employment
Valid Texas Food Handler’s certification or ability to acquire within 30 days of employment
