    Responsibilities:

    • Greet and assist patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor in both English and Spanish

    • Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle inquiries in both languages

    ⁃ Place patients on therapies and perform therapies

    • Maintain organized patient records and assist with administrative tasks

    • Collaborate with the chiropractic team to ensure smooth daily operations

    • Uphold a professional and compassionate atmosphere for our patients

    Requirements:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Spanish

    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently

    • Basic computer skills for appointment scheduling and record-keeping

    • Enthusiastic attitude and a strong commitment to customer service

    • Part-time to full-time availability

    Compensation:
