What we’re looking for:

A positive and reliable leader who can train, coach, and manage frosters with grace and clarity

A froster with excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and high standards for quality and consistency

Someone with prior bakery or food production experience (leadership experience is a plus!)

A team player who can support shift coverage and help build a fun, efficient work environment

Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on role and can manage time well
