Knowledge and experience of Framatome products and business, especially Fuels, is a significant benefit.     • Knowledge of Project Management Methodologies, tools, and implementation techniques
    • Familiarity with project planning and resource management tools such as Microsoft Project and Primavera
    • Experience running monthly metrics and reports to analyze schedule adherence, budget and milestone trend analysis
    • Ability to manage small/simple projects and/or work as a team for larger projects, and identify and execute continuous improvement
    • Pragmatic, "System Thinker" with ability to simplify complex topics and connect within operational context; Utilization of data analytics; Knowledge of continuous improvement processes, methods, and metrics

You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As a Fuel OpEx Project Manager in Lynchburg, VA, you will be part of the proven team in the Fuel Business Unit. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of a commercial Fuel Project Management team, as well as interacting directly with our Project Schedulers and Engineering resource planners. Your work will include:

    • Facilitate/Coach: Operational Excellence (OpEx) Methods and tools, Schedule best practices, Visual Management tools, Project Performance Matrix and Tools
    • Operational Improvements: Support and drive improvement initiatives for Primavera project schedule incorporation into Engineering Resource Management tools (such as DEEM)
    • Reporting: Project Performance Adherence, Develop reporting content and formats for contracted and projected work loads
    • Commercial Excellence: Utilize visual management and data analysis techniques to support Commercial PMs, Fuel Sales, and Engineering business assessments
    • Ability to occasionally serve as Backup P6 Scheduler

    Your Total Rewards Package

    The range of base salary for the position is between $83,000 - $113,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Education/Experience:

    High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Two years in a clinical environment with data processing/specimen handling experience. Graduate of heath/ medical assistant or similar training program at an accredited institution where general laboratory technique is taught.

    Language Ability:

    Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English. Ability to write simple correspondence in English. Ability to effectively present information to one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

    Math Ability:

    Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

    Reasoning Ability:

    Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. Must have the ability to perform all duties with accuracy and attention to detail

    Computer Skills:

    Ability to use Laboratory Information System in addition to various other software programs
