Fulcrum Construction Group is seeking experienced Traveling Superintendents for projects located in Ohio. The first project would be located in Zanesville, OH.

• TRAVEL IS REQUIRED.
• Candidates must have 5-10 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent.
• Knowledge in site work / civil construction experience is a plus
• Ground Up Commercial Experience is a MUST
• Assists in the development of project schedules and updating of progress construction schedules.
• Coordinate and manage on-site construction activities from pre-start-up to completion. Schedule work, including subcontractors and owner vendors.
• Establish and maintain high safety and quality standards in accordance to company and industry standards.
• Prepares or review reports on progress and adjusts work schedules as indicated by reports.
• Review all drawings, i.e. shop, architectural, structural, etc. when they are issued to the field and coordinate and maintain a current set at all times
• Maintains a clean and organized work site.
