Position Overview: The Fulfillment Manager plays a critical role in ensuring operational excellence by overseeing inventory shrinkage, product availability, and fostering cross-functional collaboration between procurement and warehousing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
1\. Warehouse & Space Management:
- Oversee receiving, shipping, warehousing, distribution, and facility maintenance operations.
- Design and maintain efficient layouts to ensure safe and streamlined movement.
- Uphold health, safety, and security standards.
2\. Inventory Oversight:
- Manage inventory across the warehouse, food program, and store to ensure optimal availability and cost control.
- Coordinate efficient inventory movement across sectors.
- Utilize inventory management software for tracking and optimization.
- Conduct audits and provide recommendations for ordering and restocking.
3\. Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Manage hiring, scheduling, and employee retention strategies.
- Align team goals with executive management and provide regular status updates.
- Conduct performance evaluations and training sessions to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Work closely with upper management and other departments to achieve company objectives.
4\. Building & Security Maintenance:
- Oversee facility upkeep, including waste management, landscaping, and security protocols.
- Ensure compliance with safety and security measures.
5\. Food Program Responsibilities:
- Manage the inventory and distribution processes of the Food Program.
- Develop strategies to eliminate food program obsolescence.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
6\. Warehouse Management Systems (WMS):
- Troubleshoot WMS operational issues and streamline processes.
- Stay informed about system updates, integrations, and improvements, and work with management to implement changes.
