Fulfillment Technician For Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
Discover a 503B pharmaceutical outsourcing facility dedicated to the achievement of the highest standards in the industry! The main responsibility of a Fulfillment Associate is to ensure that customer orders are quickly and accurately packed for shipping. The Fulfillment Technician is an integral part of how finished product gets from FarmaKeio Outsourcing (FKO) to the client placing the order. This is an on-site position in Southlake, TX. Schedule is Monday through Friday. Responsibilities: **Knowledge & Skills: ** • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to collaborate as an effective team member to address and resolve problems • Strong organizational and time management skills • Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously within established procedures and practices • Attention to detail and ability to detect and present possible quality related issues promptly • Complies with the expectations and standards set • Ability to manage varied levels of workload and tasks • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment • Accurate data entry skills • Perform other duties as assigned Physical and Special Requirements: • Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time • May need to lift, up to 40 pounds • Unloading incoming shipments • Limited exposure to potentially hazardous substances Major Duties and Responsibilities: • Adhere to effective documentation practices to complete necessary documentation when appropriate • Process new accounts by ensuring all necessary documentation is submitted and verifying credentialing • Ensuring accurate and efficient order picking and shipping • Respond to phone and email inquiries promptly and accurately • Report any complaints or issues promptly • Assisting with the labeling and packaging of finished products as required Qualifications: Qualifications • High School Diploma • No prior felonies and no misdemeanors with relation to controlled substances • Ability to pass initial and subsequent drug tests with regard to illicit drugs. Compensation: $19 - $22 hourly
