We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Fulfillment Technician with a strong background in formulations and laboratory experience to join our dynamic team.     Job Summary: The Fulfillment Float (Formulations) will play a critical role in our fulfillment process, ensuring accurate and efficient formulation of products. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, experienced in a lab setting, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a detail-oriented and organized individual who is self-driven and capable of managing multiple tasks with precision. Additionally, being a small startup, the ability to adapt and take on various responsibilities as needed is crucial.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Formulation Preparation: Accurately measure and mix ingredients according to specified formulations, ensuring product consistency and quality.

    Quality Control: Perform quality checks on raw materials and finished products, identifying and addressing any discrepancies.

    Tech-Savvy Operations: Utilize and maintain lab logs, data entry, and integrations with software such as Excel, Word, eQMS systems, etc.

    Inventory Management: Track and manage inventory of materials and supplies, coordinating with the procurement team to ensure adequate stock levels.

    Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of more efficient workflows.

    Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of formulations, production processes, and quality control measures.

    Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements, ensuring a safe working environment.

    Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless operations.

    Laboratory Work: Conduct various lab tests and experiments, maintaining meticulous records of procedures and results. Maintain the cleanliness of fulfillment lab and table.

    Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the formulation and fulfillment processes.

    Versatility: Adapt to various roles and responsibilities as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to take on new challenges in a startup environment.

    Qualifications:

    Minimum of 1 years of experience in a laboratory, fulfillment, or admin setting, preferably within a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment

    Capable of lifting 50 lbs comfortably

    Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

    Excellent organizational and time management skills

    Highly motivated and capable of working independently

    Strong verbal and written communication skills

    Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

    Comfortable wearing many hats and taking on various roles as needed in a startup setting
