    **Position Overview:
    ** We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day Accounting and Bookkeeping tasks for multiple clients, ensuring timely and accurate financial record-keeping. This role requires excellent communication skills as you will interact regularly with clients to address their financial needs and provide support.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll processing.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for multiple clients using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
    • Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary financial information, address inquiries, and provide financial insights.
    • Prepare financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to assist clients in making informed business decisions.
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency and quality in service delivery.
    • Stay updated on relevant accounting principles, regulations, and industry trends.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
    • Minimum 3 years working in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
    • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients.
    • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Knowledge of tax preparation and compliance is a plus.

    **Location and Schedule:
    ** This is a full-time position based in our office in Florham Park, NJ. Standard office hours are 9AM to 5PM, Monday through Friday.
