    Description: Are you an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper ready to take ownership of the financial backbone of a well-established and rapidly growing restoration company in Ft. Myers, FL?     We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to improve cash flow, ensure timely and accurate reporting, and streamline financial operations.     Pay: $51,000 – $56,000 annual salary based on experience.

    What You’ll Do:

    Cash Flow Management:

    Ensure accounts receivable are collected within 30 days of invoicing.

    Deliver weekly cash flow reports.

    Timely and Accurate Financial Reporting:

    Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

    Generate monthly job profitability reports.

    Work-in-Progress (WIP) Revenue Recognition:

    Implement and maintain a system to align revenue and expenses for every project.

    Ensure 100% accuracy in WIP reports monthly.

    Communication and Accountability:

    Provide weekly financial updates to the owner and project managers.

    Respond to financial inquiries within 24 hours.

    Support Business Owner’s Financial Literacy:

    Create and maintain a simple KPI dashboard for the owner.

    Conduct quarterly training sessions to enhance financial decision-making.

    What We’re Looking For (Experience and Skills):

    5+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in construction or restoration accounting.

    Proficiency in QuickBooks and industry tools like DASH or Xactimate.

    Expertise in job costing, WIP reporting, and reconciliations.

    Strong attention to detail with 99% accuracy in financial reporting.

    Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with teams and external partners.

    Preferred Education and Certifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).

    Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification is a plus.
