About the Role
We're looking for an associate-level Full-Stack Engineer to help build and scale the Clubs App. In this in-office role, you will contribute to both the front-end and back-end development of our platform. Your work will be essential in crafting a seamless experience that integrates our mobile interfaces with robust server-side services, driving the technological backbone of our growth.

In This Role, You Will:

• Develop Mobile Experiences: Build and enhance our mobile applications using Flutter (or a similar mobile framework) to ensure a smooth, intuitive user experience.
• Design Robust Backend Systems: Create and maintain backend services using Go (or comparable backend technology) to support secure, efficient operations, including our blockchain-powered transactions.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product, design, and other development teams to brainstorm, design, and implement innovative features that drive user engagement.
• Optimize Performance: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance bottlenecks across the full technology stack, ensuring both speed and scalability.
• Maintain Code Quality: Write clean, testable code, participate in code reviews, and follow industry best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Integrate Third-Party Services: Seamlessly incorporate external APIs and services that enhance the overall functionality and security of the platform.
• Embrace Agile Practices: Participate in regular in-office stand-ups, sprint planning, and collaborative problem-solving sessions to meet project milestones.

We're Seeking Someone With:

• Full-Stack Expertise: Proven experience in both front-end and back-end development, with hands-on experience using Flutter (or other mobile frameworks) and Go (or similar backend languages).
• Associate-Level Experience: A background that includes relevant projects, whether through professional roles, internships, or open-source contributions.
• A Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to analyze performance metrics, debug issues, and optimize systems to enhance user experience.
• Collaborative Spirit: Comfort with working in an in-office setting, engaging in direct communication and teamwork with cross-functional teams.
