    Linkitall (LIA) is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to support one of its clients by developing, maintaining, and modernizing mission-critical applications and databases. LIA is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that links the expertise of human resources with the functionality of leading-edge technology to deliver mission-centric professional services.

    Position: Full Stack Engineer

    Location: 100% REMOTE

    Position Type: Full-time

    Clearance: Secret or above

    Responsibilities:

    Support the implementation of DASA-CE's system refactoring plan, consolidating legacy applications into a single cloud-native solution.

    Provide technical documentation, including infrastructure diagrams, software architecture descriptions, source code, and data transformation procedures to enable efficient application rebuilding using open-source and cloud-native tools.

    Develop, maintain, and enhance the Army Military-Civilian Cost System (AMCOS), including AMCOS Lite and related modules (Pay Plan Xwalk, Pay Schedule, Inventory, etc.).

    Ensure updates to AMCOS databases with annually revised pay tables, inflation indices, Treasury discount rates, and other required data.

    Participate in Agile software development practices, including Daily Standups (DSUs), backlog grooming, and sprint retrospectives.

    Work with platforms such as DoD NIPRNet, the CAVE environment, AWS GovCloud, and Army CReATE.

    Design, integrate, and maintain RESTful APIs for application interoperability.

    Implement unit and integration testing protocols to ensure code quality and reliability.

    Debug and optimize applications for performance and scalability.

    Fully consolidated and refactored applications leveraging cloud-native and open-source technologies.

    Comprehensive documentation of technical processes and solutions.

    Updates and enhancements to AMCOS databases and related modules.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience preferred.

    Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in building large-scale software applications.

    At least 1 year of experience in developing serverless applications on Amazon Web Services (AWS) preferred.

    CompTIA Security + and AWS Cloud Practitioner Certifications required

    Previous experience working in a DoD environment and using cloud platforms such as AWS GovCloud.

    Familiarity with Agile development processes and tools such as Jira.

    Knowledge of Army systems, including AMCOS and CRE, is a strong plus.

    EAWS. Python, AWS S3/Glue experience, C# and containerization experience

    Demonstrated experience in designing and building web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
