    Full-Time:

    • Monday-Friday 8-4:30
    • Winter Months 7:00-4:30
    • Overtime may be required during our busy seasonal months.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and energetic individual to join our team who wants to learn and grow with us! Someone with a career background in the home heating industry is a PLUS!

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor.
    • Capable of multitasking multiple phone lines.
    • Manage incoming calls and inquiries regarding heating oil services and deliveries.
    • Schedule appointments and coordinate dispatch for efficient delivery service.
    • Schedule appointments and coordinate dispatch for an efficient service department.
    • Maintain accurate customer records and update the database regularly.
    • Post delivery and service tickets.
    • Collections.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations across the office.
    • Collaborate with owners to ensure daily operations.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role required.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office equipment.
    • A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
