We’re searching for a responsible, reliable bell attendant to ensure our guests have an incredible stay at our hotel. You’ll be responsible for greeting guests upon their arrival and departure, helping guests with luggage, assisting the front desk staff, and responding to guest requests as needed. Responsibilities: • Assist with guest luggage and carry items to their room on bell carts in a safe and professional manner • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bell desk • Respond to guest requests and perform other duties as assigned such as taking dry cleaning, delivering room service, and checking luggage for storage • Support the front desk staff and bell captain with check-in and responding to guest requests • Welcome guests upon their arrival to the hotel and see them off upon departure Qualifications: • Flexible work schedule with availability to work on weekends and holidays • Must be able to lift over 25 pounds and stand for long periods • Displays exceptional customer service and communication skills • Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent certification such as a GED • Prior experience of 1 year in hospitality as a bell attendant, or similar position in customer service Compensation: $15.50 +tips
