Are you an experienced carpenter AND FRAMER with a knack for structural wood framing? Construction 37 is looking for a talented individual to join our team for structural wood framing repairs and corrective framing. This role goes beyond just rough framing see below for more detail:

Responsibilities:

Structural Repairs- Diagnosing and finding issues with existing wood framing to ensure stability and safety

Corrective Framing- Implementing precise corrective measures to address framing deficiencies

Light Demolition- Carefully removing exterior finishes as needed to access and repair underlying structures

Read Daily Plans- Hold a strong understanding of direction provided

Requirements:

MUST have experience

MUST be bilingual

MUST hold ability to work fast and efficiently

MUST have transportation to job sites!

MUST have own tools!

Job Details:

Monday- Friday 7:30 am-04:00 pm

Full Time

Pay Ranges from $25-$28 an hour based on experience
