    Full-Time Caregivers Needed – Competitive Pay (Kalamazoo, MI)

    Location: Kalamazoo, MI Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday – Sunday, Various Shifts Available

    About the Role:

    We are hiring experienced caregivers to provide compassionate in-home care to seniors and individuals with disabilities in Kalamazoo. If you are a dedicated professional looking for a full-time caregiving role, we encourage you to apply!

    Primary Responsibilities:

    Assist with daily personal care, including bathing, dressing, and hygiene.

    Provide mobility assistance and support for safe movement.

    Monitor health conditions and remind clients to take medication.

    Prepare balanced meals and assist with feeding if needed.

    Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support.

    Keep living areas tidy with light housekeeping duties.

    Coordinate with family members and healthcare teams as necessary.

    Requirements:

    Minimum 1-2 years of professional caregiving experience required.

    CNA certification preferred but not required.

    Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

    Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

    Ability to assist with lifting, transfers, and physical support.
