Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced full-time Cocktail waitress to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences. This position requires flexibility with shifts potentially starting as early as 4:00 PM for weekend events and ending as late as 3:30 AM.

Qualifications

1- 3 years of previous experience in cocktail serving required in a nightclub/bar setting.

TABC and Food Handler's certification is required

High school diploma/GED

Must be at least 18 years of age

Good working knowledge of spirits, wine, and related beverage items.

Ability to build rapport with guests

Ability to walk, stand, and carry heavy trays.

Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

Able to work nights and weekends are a must

Excellent customer service and time management skills

Responsibilities

Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely fashion

Confirm patrons are of legal drinking age and follow all state and federal laws for serving alcoholic beverages

Collect payment and operate POS system

Utilize a silent service approach and maintain a clean environment.

Order, maintain, and restock inventory of supplies

Perform duties associated with opening and closing the bar and pool room, including cleaning and any other duties required.
