What You’ll Do:
Be the first point of contact for customers—whether on the phone or in person—providing them with information and ensuring their needs are met with care and professionalism.
Handle customer inquiries, assist with scheduling, and manage orders with accuracy and efficiency.
Resolve issues and find solutions to any challenges that may arise during customer interactions, ensuring 100% satisfaction.
Keep customers informed, help them understand our services, and maintain positive relationships by providing excellent service at every touchpoint.
Work within a collaborative, customer-centric team to meet company goals and uphold our reputation for high-quality service.
What We’re Looking For:
Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
Communication Skills: You’re confident on the phone and have excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions with a positive attitude.
Multitasking Ability: You can juggle multiple tasks while maintaining excellent customer service.
Tech-Savvy: Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry, are essential.
Bilingual: A plus, but not required!
