R.S.M.C. Services on behalf of our client is hiring a Regular Full-Time Dentist

The mission-oriented practice seeks a Regular Full-Time Dentist. A large, multi-practice organization with a strong mission to provide quality dental care to underserved families is seeking General Dentist.
As a Dentist, you will be changing the lives of children and adults who often do not have access to affordable, quality dental care.

• 3- front desk- Full time
• 2 full-time hygienists and 1 part-time hygienist
• 2 Full-time dental assistants (looking to hire a third full-time hygienist)
• (5 days/week)
• Insurance's accepted PPO, Carrington Plan, Access Plan
• Practice see's 10% adult and 60-80% of children (Family Practice)
• Procedures- Dentures, Extractions, Crowns, Bridges, Partials, Implants, Restoration on Implants, Fillings, endo, etc.
• Revenue over 1 million a year
• Software-Dentrix

This opportunity provides:

• Guaranteed base pay in excess of 200k with uncapped earning potential

Requirements:
Successful completion of dental training at a four (4) year,
accredited Dental School and received a DMD or DDS degree.
