    Full Time Estate Manager - Greenwich, CT $120,000-$140,000 per year

    Seeking a highly experienced Estate Manager to oversee the seamless operation of an elegant estate in Greenwich, CT. This role involves managing property operations, supervising staff and vendors, organizing events, and ensuring an efficient, well-maintained household that supports the family’s lifestyle.

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Salary: $120K - $140K DOE
    • Medical Stipend: Provided
    • Vacation: 2 weeks (aligned with the family’s schedule)
    • Reimbursements: Gas and mileage for errands
    • Transportation: Family car provided for work-related driving

    Responsibilities:

    • Property Management: Maintain high standards of estate operations, ensuring all areas are in excellent condition.
    • Staff Supervision: Oversee, schedule, train, and evaluate household staff.
    • Vendor Coordination: Manage external vendors for maintenance, landscaping, and repairs.
    • Event Planning: Organize family events, guest visits, and special occasions.
    • Household Tasks: Oversee meal planning and preparation, manage inventory, and execute errands.
    • Administrative Support: Maintain household manuals, budgets, calendars, travel itineraries, and vehicle management.
    • Pet Care: Manage grooming, vet visits, and daily care for the family pet.
    • Problem Solving: Act as a gatekeeper for household operations and address any arising issues.

    Schedule:

    • Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
    • Occasional weekends/evenings as needed
    • On-call availability required as needed

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience managing private estates or in related roles within hospitality or family offices.
    • Impeccable organizational skills, work ethic, and attention to detail.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
    • Flexibility to accommodate overtime, travel, and weekend commitments.
    • Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation (family car provided for work tasks).
    • Up-to-date health records and immunizations (e.g., flu shot).
