Job Summary We are seeking a Fry Cook to join the team at our busy family friendly restaurant. In this position, you will be responsible for using high-quality ingredients to prepare delicious meals for our customers. The ideal candidate is experienced in the fry station, shows care and is committed to creating an excellent experience for our customers. Must be reliable, punctual and a team player that can work well in a fast paced environment .

Duties and Responsibilities:

Participate in daily opening & closing kitchen procedures as applicable

Set up the kitchen with necessary tools and equipment

Prepare food according to standards set

Monitor inventory and restock station when necessary

Follow all food safety regulations

Performs other duties as assigned by Management

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a fry cook is preferred

ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification (preferred but not required)

Knowledge of basic culinary techniques and recipes

Works well in a fast paced environment

Time management skills

Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting 30+pounds
