    We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Multi-Tasking Firearm Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. This full-time role is ideal for someone with prior firearm experience, a keen eye for detail, and excellent organizational skills. Responsibilities include sales, inventory management, audits, and exceptional customer service in a busy retail environment. The ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team setting is crucial.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Sales & Customer Service: Greet customers, provide knowledgeable assistance on firearms and accessories, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

    Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records, track stock levels, and assist with restocking and organizing the sales floor.

    Receiving & Audits: Handle incoming shipments, inspect products, and conduct regular inventory audits.

    Quality Control: Ensure all firearms and products meet quality standards before display or sale.

    Organizational Duties: Arrange and maintain firearm displays, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and keep the sales floor neat.

    Record Keeping: Maintain accurate documentation of sales, inventory, and quality checks. Process 4473’s for firearm transfers and sales, NFA transfers, and sales.

    Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet sales targets and provide the best customer experience.

    Qualifications:

    In-depth knowledge of firearms, ammunition, and related accessories.

    Attention to detail for accurate inventory tracking and record-keeping.

    Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

    Organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.

    Experience with product inspections and quality assurance.

    Legible handwriting for accurate record-keeping.

    Physical stamina to lift and carry boxes, move inventory, and stand for extended periods.

    Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

    Must pass a background check in compliance with state and federal firearm sales regulations.

    Familiarity with safety protocols related to firearms.

    1-3 years of firearm knowledge and sales experience.

    Excellent communication and customer service skills.

    Knowledge of firearms safety and NFA products.

    Strict adherence to federal requirements for handling and processing firearm and NFA transactions.
