    What You Will Do

    • Greet patients warmly and ensure a professional, welcoming atmosphere
    • Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with confidence and care
    • Schedule and confirm appointments using the clinic's EMR/booking system
    • Manage patient flow to create a seamless experience from check-in to checkout
    • Provide information on services, treatments, pricing, and promotions
    • Process payments, handle billing inquiries, and manage financial transactions
    • Perform venipuncture and prepare lab samples with accuracy and precision
    • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA
    • Ensure safety and cleanliness in both front desk and clinical environments
    • Collaborate with medical and aesthetic staff to support overall clinic operations
    • Assist with inventory management, retail product sales, and special events

    What You Bring to the Table

    • Phlebotomy certification and experience with blood draws
    • 2+ years of experience in a customer service or front desk role
    • Previous experience in a spa, wellness clinic, or medical office preferred
    • Excellent multitasking, communication, and organizational skills
    • Tech-savvy with proficiency in scheduling and EMR systems
    • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and a passion for wellness
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Hourly pay between $20–$25, depending on experience
