We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Full-Time Home Healthcare Caregiver to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide personalized care and support to clients in their homes, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care to individuals in need.
Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance.
Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals and monitor clients' health status, reporting any changes or concerns promptly.
Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary, adhering to dietary restrictions and preferences.
Perform light housekeeping duties such as tidying up living spaces, doing laundry, and maintaining a clean and organized environment for clients.
Assist clients with transportation to medical appointments, grocery shopping, and other errands as needed.
Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental stimulation and overall well-being.
Provide companionship and emotional support, actively listening to clients' concerns and offering empathy and encouragement.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals, family members, and other caregivers to ensure continuity of care and personalized support for clients.
Document care provided, including daily activities, observations, and any changes in clients' condition, maintaining accurate and thorough records.
Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures to prevent the spread of illnesses and maintain a safe environment for clients and caregivers.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in home healthcare, nursing assistance, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience as a caregiver, home health aide, or similar role is highly desirable.
CPR and first aid certification is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and their families.
Compassionate and patient demeanor, with a genuine desire to help others and make a positive impact on their lives.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities with professionalism and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work variable hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Physical ability to assist clients with mobility challenges and perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
