Work Hours:

In-Office: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

About Us: Patient Centered Services is a growing healthcare support agency committed to delivering exceptional staffing solutions. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented full-time Recruiter to join our team in Woodbridge, VA. This position is fully in-person, focusing on recruitment efforts to help meet our staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage potential candidates through job boards, social media, and community outreach. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

Screening & Interview Scheduling: Conduct phone screenings, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the process.

Job Posting Management: Write, post, and regularly update job advertisements to attract qualified candidates.

Database Management: Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Track key recruitment metrics, such as response rates, interviews scheduled, and hires.

Flexibility: Support urgent recruitment needs, including evening or weekend tasks, when necessary.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred.

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and social media recruiting tools.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
