Position Overview:
We seek Nevada-licensed (or upcoming new grad) Athletic Trainers to provide full-time sports medicine coverage throughout the greater Las Vegas Valley. This position will be the primary Athletic Trainer at a Clark County School District (CCSD) school. This role is ideal for motivated professionals who thrive in team-based environments and are passionate about helping athletes of all levels achieve their goals.
This full-time position has a consistent schedule that includes afternoons, evenings, and weekends as needed. Coverage includes practices, games, tournaments, and other athletic events for our contracted organizations. Join a supportive, dynamic team where you’ll collaborate with physical therapists, recovery specialists, and coaches to deliver exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide on-site athletic training coverage for practices, games, tournaments, and special events.
Design and implement injury prevention and rehabilitation programs specific to the athlete’s needs.
Administer athletic training techniques, including taping, bracing, wound care, hydration protocols, and emergency response procedures.
Perform injury evaluations and determine the next steps for athletes in collaboration with physical therapists and/or physicians.
Coordinate medical care for athletes, including EMS services when necessary.
Document injury evaluations, treatment plans, and rehabilitation progress accurately and promptly.
Support athlete recovery by connecting them to the Limitless Recovery Lounge services and other programs.
Educate athletes, parents, and coaches on injury prevention, recovery strategies, and return-to-play protocols.
Promote Limitless Sports Medicine's services by participating in outreach events like races, tournaments, and school clinics.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Athletic Training or related field.
Nevada Athletic Trainer License (or pending for new graduates).
BOC certification.
Current CPR/AED certification (Healthcare Provider).
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
