    Position Overview

    As our Full-Time Marketing Coordinator , you will lead the charge in building our brand, driving patient engagement, and connecting with the local community through dynamic campaigns, media strategies, and events. You'll work closely with leadership to develop and execute marketing initiatives that align with our mission and goals.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Social Media Management : Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

    • Local Media Outreach : Build and maintain relationships with local press, radio, and TV outlets to promote practice milestones, services, and events

    • Event Planning : Coordinate community outreach events, open houses, health fairs, and educational seminars

    • Digital Marketing : Assist in managing website content, online advertising, email campaigns, and SEO strategies

    • Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies for optimal ROI

    • Internal Communications : Support team culture with internal branding, newsletters, and morale-building initiatives

    Ideal Candidate

    • 2+ years of marketing experience (healthcare preferred but not required)

    • Proficient in social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Canva, Meta Business Suite)

    • Skilled in event planning and project coordination

    • Strong writing, communication, and design skills

    • Familiar with tools like Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and basic CRM software

    • Tech-savvy, organized, and a self-starter with a “get-it-done” attitude
